1. I forgot my password, what should I do?


Simply click "Forgot your password?" on the login page beneath the Sign In button and follow the instructions. You may also contact us at TeamMLI-TGH@mlicorp.com or by calling (813) 254-1553.

2. Who should I call for technical issues with the website?

Please contact MLI Marketing Solutions Customer Support at (800) 741-6838. Assistance is available from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

3. Having Trouble locating an item and or printed product?

Please contact MLI Customer Service Rep at TeamMLI-TGH@mlicorp.com or call (813) 254-1553 Ext. 227 to help you locate any items that are not present on the portal. Representatives are available from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. During the transition from your past vendor, many items had to be updated, revised or recreated according to TGH's identity standards. Some items may not yet be complete and placed on the portal.

4. How do I create a new item or printed product and have it placed on the MLI website?

Contact the TGH Office Services Dept. at (813) 844-7149. Press option 2 or 3 to speak with a Graphic Designer.

5. When will my order ship?

All inventoried items will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Non-inventoried items will ship 5-7 business days from the time the proof is approved.

6. Who may I contact if I have problems completing an order?

7. I am not a registered user, how do I register?

If you normally order for a single cost center: Contact your TGH E-Procurement Specialist, Robbie Horsman, by email at rhorsman@tgh.org or by phone at (813) 844-4031 to obtain your temporary user name and password. Sign in to http://tghprint.com with your temporary user name and password. After signing in, follow the registration prompts. Once registration is complete you may begin ordering.


If you are a super user ordering for multiple cost centers: Contact your TGH E-Procurement Specialist, Robbie Horsman, by email at rhorsman@tgh.org or by phone at (813) 844-4031 to obtain your temporary user name and password. Sign in to http://tghprint.com with your temporary user name and password. After signing in, follow the registration prompts. Then select "super user" in the cost center dropdown box and follow the remaining prompts. This process takes between 24-48 hours. You will receive an email from MLI Corp. once your account is ready to begin ordering.
